Sarabah Estate Vineyard Weddings and Parties of Distinction is tucked away at the foot of the Lamington National Park, in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
A surprise find, outside Mt Tamborine, on the frosty scenic rim, is a Merlot grape vineyard that specializes in the most exquisite Rosé. It has body and bite along with a strong pink colour that enhances a great risotto as well as a seafood platter. Try it and agree!
